Disclosing Your Invention
UCLA employees have an obligation (under UC Patent Acknowledgement) to disclose inventions to OIPA for evaluation. The ideal time to disclose an invention to OIPA is after it has been reduced to practice and before it has been published or publicly presented.

This section provides links to the official Invention Report Form required to disclose inventions to OIPA, and related how-to guides.
