Estimate Salary Projections

ESTIMATED SALARY PROJECTIONS

Summarized below is information about projected salary increases to be used in preparing proposal budgets as allowed by funding agencies 

 

Academic Appointees

Projected Merit Increases (normally every 2-3 years)

* Includes Professional Research series, Lecturers, Postgraduate Researchers, and Visiting Faculty

 

Staff

Effective Date All Staff Classifications
Projected Increases * (combined range adjustment and merit) October 1, 1996 and thereafter 5%

* As of July 1, 1996 a new University-wide human resources program will be implemented.  The current compensation system that includes step increases for staff employees will be eliminated and a system that provides for a combined range adjustment and merit pool will be adopted.  This pool increase system is already used for staff employees with A&PS, MAP, and Executive Program classifications.
