* As of July 1, 1996 a new University-wide human resources program will be
implemented. The current compensation system that includes step
increases for staff employees will be eliminated and a system that provides
for a combined range adjustment and merit pool will be adopted. This
pool increase system is already used for staff employees with A&PS, MAP,
and Executive Program classifications. |
