Request for Proposal Approval and Submission -- Goldenrod

The "Request for Proposal Approval and Submission" (familiarly known as the "Goldenrod") is the UCLA internal form used for the review of applications or proposals submitted to extramural funding agencies.

NOTE: It is not to be used for projects funded through the Academic Senate, nor individual National Research Service Awards (NRSAs) from the Public Health Services or National Institutes of Health, which are handled through the Graduate division.

The "Goldenrod" is available in the following formats:

PDF Goldenrod [Click to download now]. An interactive PDF (Portable Document File) form that may be completed online and printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. NOTE: Users with access to Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or higher will be able to fill-in and save the completed form. Users with Adobe Reader will be able to fill-in and print the forms, but will not be able to save the document.

Paper Copies. You may request paper copies of the Goldenrod by contacting your Grants Analyst/Assistant.
